Coaching Sessions

We’ll meet first for an in-depth consultation and personalized plan presentation. Followed by either online or in-person sessions, based on the chosen plan.

Ongoing Support

Through email or messaging, you’ll have direct access to feedback, motivation, and exercise form corrections, ensuring you stay consistent with your goals.

Progress Tracking

Each month, we’ll review your results, using this feedback to adapt and optimize your plan for continuous improvement and sustainable results.

As a certified Personal Trainer (via EREPS and FitnessWay), I am committed to sharing my knowledge and helping you take a meaningful step toward greater happiness and well-being.
